The online description was a very bad representation… the room had bugs. The front‑desk guy was rude, couldn’t understand what I was saying, and tried to charge more than the price I had booked online.

The bed was fairly comfortable, but the front‑desk staff held my card and denied me a room, forcing me to pay cash. I still haven’t received the 150.61 refund and I won’t stay again unless I have no other option.

We were there for just one night and instantly fell in love; the pool and its views were fantastic. Everything was perfect!

The staff were friendly and let us into our room early, but there was no side cover at the pool, the Wi‑Fi never worked, and I’m unsure if the sheets were clean.
