Very clean and tidy, everything was well taken care of, the breakfast was excellent and everything was included! The only downside was that you weren't allowed to eat at some tables. The staff spoke poor English, but otherwise the hotel was really nice. There is a new and an old section, and the rooms are actually a bit smaller than they appear in the photos.

The location was fantastic, the place was well maintained and welcoming with a stunning view, and everything was perfect.

The room looked just like the photos and was nicely decorated, with a stunning mountain view. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel, which felt fresh and modern, though the older part exists. Still, this was the least good value for money among all the Dolomites hotels we visited. We booked an upgraded room, but with only one night we couldn't fully enjoy its facilities. After using the spa and dining at the hotel, there simply wasn’t enough time to use the bathtub. The chef’s dinner was disappointing for vegetarians: the starter (2 dishes) was basically the same as the non‑vegetarian version with a few ingredients removed, so I paid the same price for less food. The vegetarian main was better adapted but not tasty, so I didn’t finish it. The welcome cocktail and dessert were good, and the breakfast was modest and limited compared to cheaper hotels on the trip—enough to avoid hunger but simple. We were also surprised the hotel had no iron; I asked at reception twice to press a dress for dinner and was told they didn’t have one and could “maybe try tomorrow,” which wasn’t helpful when we were leaving the next day. For a €350‑plus night with a chef’s dinner, the lack of an iron felt odd. Overall, it was the most expensive hotel we stayed at, yet the value for money was the weakest. Some nice aspects existed, but the price made us expect higher service and dining quality.

Only the spa and breakfast were decent. The room didn’t match the photos, was very old, and the heating wouldn’t turn on. They offered no solution to the heating issue, so we were very uncomfortable in the cold—a real problem for us. They also wouldn’t let us cancel to find another hotel.
