I was really looking forward to my stay, but things didn't quite go as planned. I booked a room for a specific date, but unfortunately, they didn't have it available. It was a bit of a letdown, especially since I'd been counting on having a place to stay.

That they gave me the room after begging . They cancelled my booking without informing and charged more after doing offline booking
