We really liked the room and the host; it was a comfortable stay, they offered welcome snacks, daily toiletries and towel changes, the location and communication were excellent, and being on the main street meant no food issues; I have no complaints, just two suggestions: 1) it would help to have a separate fridge connection so we can store food while we’re out, 2) a microwave would be very useful.

The spot’s spot on – just 15 minutes to the train or ferry, close to everything yet still a calm area. Getting in touch with the host was a breeze. If you’re hauling heavy luggage, remember it’s on the second floor without an elevator, though they do offer a porter service for a fee if you need it.

The location covers everything: Main Street with shops, restaurants and the train; the downside is the unit is on the second floor (actually the third floor) and there’s no elevator.

The location is great, the staff are excellent, and the room feels cozy with all the basics. The only downside is the lack of light; there’s only one small window in the room.
