The location was clean and the staff were excellent, but I liked everything about the place.

“Staff is friendly enough even though one was on a computer screen, we thought was not as personal.”

The spot was great, but the shower was stained and had no water pressure, the toilet leaked, the AC was loud, I had to unplug things from an old outlet box to get the lamp to work, and there were no USB chargers near the bed.

Because the hotel doesn’t allow pets and didn’t offer an airport shuttle, I tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me an extra fee, so they kept the entire amount.

Customer service is excellent! There is no continental breakfast.
