“It was good for a one night stay.”

It worked for my stay. I liked how close it was to where I needed to go. The rooms felt a bit stuffy, and they wouldn’t accept Cash App or Apple Cash for the deposit.

I haven’t received my deposit back. I was told it would be instant in my bank, but I have gotten nothing. I want to know when I’ll get my money back.

The hotel was pretty clean, but my washing machine stopped working.

“It was not unpleasant due to the staff”

The location was okay, yet the customer service at Motel 6 was unacceptable; my room had a broken TV with no sound, and after reporting it at the front desk, they promised maintenance but nobody ever came. When I returned to the desk to follow up, the receptionist was on a personal call and left me waiting, only to drop the call when a white man approached and get help before me, completely ignoring my presence. This disrespectful treatment is appalling, and I will never stay at a Motel 6 or Studio 6 again; management must address these serious issues immediately.
