“Tiny, uncomfortable and difficult to stay in.”
The spot is great and the staff were friendly, but the bed was so hard it left us sore, the room barely fit two people standing, and the only two hangers nailed to the wall meant everything had to be scattered on the floor; the bathroom door’s huge gap gave no privacy at all, and I’ve slept in hostels that were more comfortable.
“It suited our needs was clean staff were friendly”
It was clean, yet the room was cramped and only offered two hangers.
The location is excellent, it’s clean and comfortable enough, but the noise was a problem.
The location, free coffee and tea downstairs, and the standard 11 am checkout were positives, but the windows were filthy inside and out, the room was tight, and there were no proper storage options for clothes.
“Aircon cold enough, just need more amenity, service and cleanliness.”
The room was acceptable though a bit small, but cleanliness and quick, smiling service to guests are the top priorities.
