“Nöjd.”

The room was clean and the location was great, with friendly staff. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but fine for one person. There was no AC, only a fan, which worked but was noisy. The bed was right next to the window, making it hard to escape street noise, and the toilet had flushing issues.

“Poor value for money”

The location is good. The property looks worn out and needs a fresh coat of paint—the door area to the kitchen‑breakfast room has peeling paint. When I went to get breakfast, there was nowhere to sit, so I couldn’t eat it even though I had paid. The room was absolutely tiny. For £253 a night it was extremely poor.

“Not nice- will not come back.”

The location is great. The receptionist smelled like an Indian curry house, the floor was slanted, and the bed was tilted, making sleep difficult. Breakfast was dull, with dry bread and overcooked green eggs. The reception staff seemed indifferent, and I won’t return for that price; there are better hotels at the same cost.

The place is in a good spot. The room felt like a cramped cellar, with no wardrobe and awful stairs; it’s only suitable for thin, agile folks. Breakfast was ordinary.

The spot is solid. The hotel is a 30‑minute walk from Big Ben and the Parliament. I missed a dresser in the room to store clothes and a small fridge for keeping medication cool.
