“Great central location and super helpful staff”

The breakfast was extensive, and the staff were super helpful arranging a ride to the airport and storing my luggage and bicycle. The toilet‑roll holder made it hard to pull the paper off the roll.

I liked the room and the pool, and the location is great—just a short walk from the university, but the pool could have been heated.

The location, friendliness, professionalism, and staff availability, plus breakfast were good. The room was small, the furnishings were in poor condition, there was no bidet or shower, the view was to an inner courtyard, and there were no shower curtain hooks.
