Having traveled for work for 13 years, I can compare many places, so I’ll comment. They changed my room at the last minute, telling me it was a higher level (???) and moved me to a different area. They charged a tourist tax commission and added 2.55 without justification, even after I asked for clarification multiple times. The place was messy, the laminate floor was ruined. The alley lamps lit the interior during the day. No climate control. They asked for a €150 deposit. At the end of the stay, they told me to personally dispose of the garbage produced and clean everything… this is the first time this has happened to me, especially since I didn’t pay much.
