The staff were friendly and the room was spacious, but it’s still a bit of a walk to the old town. Breakfast was mediocre, the air‑conditioning didn’t cool properly and the room temperature rose to 26 °C, and the bathroom design is inefficient with a large open space and no toilet door.

Rooms were huge, balcony with a nice river view. Staff friendly, breakfast buffet tasty, and the tourist desk was a handy touch. Service was only in Chinese, but with the tech we had it was no problem. The tourist employee was super helpful and friendly.

Riverfront location, view from the room was amazing. Staff were super helpful, hospitality top‑notch, room was comfy as can be. Massages were excellent – really felt the care (thanks to staff member 27). The only thing that could use a tweak is the gym – a few dumbbells would have been nice, especially with the bench already there. All in all, a pleasant stay.
