“Udany pobyt w centrum Rzymu”

The location is great as a base for day trips, everything is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful! You can leave luggage after later departures. The mattress was a bit too soft for me, but that’s a subjective opinion.

“Poor and won’t return . Would have cancelled our return visit if the payment had not been made”

The location is fine. The room was small. The air conditioning was weak and the coffee machine was dirty – we told the staff about this on a previous 3‑night stay and nothing was fixed.

The escalator was a problem.

“Better value elsewhere”

The location is great. The room was basic and the air conditioning made the room cold. We couldn’t have coffee because the water container wasn’t clean. The room was small, had no view, and there was noisy banging after 9 am. The room was too small – all of the above.

“A charming, comfortable boutique stay in the perfect Rome location with kind and accommodating staff.”

We really enjoyed our stay at JB Relais Luxury! It’s a small boutique property with only a few rooms, which made it feel quiet and intimate. Our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect — we were able to walk to so many of Rome’s main sights, restaurants, and neighborhoods. The staff were also very kind and helpful. When our flight home was cancelled and we unexpectedly had to arrange another night in Rome, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the property while we waited to check into our new accommodations, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, boutique place in an ideal location in Rome.
