The location is great. The policies have changed, and the bathtub in the room is a bit uncomfortable.

The location, the breakfast, and the services offered are all good. The room had carpeting.

The location is excellent. The hotel literally has a door that leads straight into the Santa Bárbara shopping center. The room views are beautiful. All the staff are very kind and respectful. You can walk to all the restaurants and cafés in Usaquén, a neighborhood with a wide variety of options that is also safe and very quiet. It is an old hotel that needs renovation, the carpet in the room is not good, it’s somewhat unhygienic, the TVs aren’t Smart, and there are few sweet options at breakfast.
