Motel 6 San Antonio TX I10 West

“Comfortable”

Convenient, nothing else to note.

Nothing positive. The room was absolutely disgusting: roaches appeared as soon as we entered, the bedding was stained and dirty, and the door looked like it had been kicked in and wouldn’t close properly.

The room stayed very clean every day, and the staff were friendly.

“Very bad and disappointing”

There was nothing good; the service was terrible, rooms were dirty, and there were no phones in the room.

“Don't stay here unless u like filthy room, bugs and bad service”

That was not one thing that I liked about this property or the staff. I did not like how filthy the property was and I was attacked by a queen bee in my room. then harassed by the employee who tried to help me get the bug out of the room. and then I was shamed for a previous review that I had left for the same property which was only my experience not meant as criticism. This is probably one of my most horrible experiences as a traveler. When the employee went to help me with the bug he literally closed the door behind him and was trying to have small talk conversation I had to ask him to leave more than three times till he finally left
