Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was terrible—very weak. The public areas were very cold, and the weak coffee made mornings unpleasant.

“Overall not the best experience for the price.”

The downtown location was convenient and the breakfast was good. However, a clear plastic piece was on the floor upon arrival, and the towels, while appearing clean, had black threads that came loose. Housekeeping came in twice before checkout, each time stating on their paper that we had checked out.

“Super Zentrale Lage”

The modern lobby was a real showstopper, and the room was a great size. No complaints here.

“Lovely food in restaurant clean good location . Could do with coffee shop and sandwiches”

I was really impressed with the staff here - they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the action. However, the pool was a major letdown. It's tiny, not like the pictures at all, and it's basically just a splash pool for kids. I also had some issues with the room cleaning, as the card on the door just said 'all set' and I wasn't sure if that meant the room was clean or not.

“Weekend in Greenville”

This hotel has a lot going for it - the staff are super friendly, there are gas firepits by the pool, and the hanging chairs in the lobby are really comfy. Plus, it's within walking distance of Greenville's events arena and main downtown shopping district, which is a big plus. The suites are also spacious, clean, and well-stocked. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment - the eggs were too salty, the sausage was dry, and the muffins tasted weird.
