The location was great.

The room was clean and the staff were appropriate, but the noise from cars on the road in front and voices from neighboring rooms was annoying.

The facilities were very clean, and the welcome drink was a nice touch, but the view was blocked by the road in front of the building, so we couldn’t enjoy the outside scenery.

The area was quiet, which I liked, and having a freezer compartment in the fridge was convenient. However, the internet stopped working partway through, which was a bit of a hassle. Getting to Beppu or Oita is a bit inconvenient without a car, and the roads get congested in the morning and evening, so travel takes longer.
