My experience at this place was very good. When you arrive, the reception guy explains how everything works, gives you a quick tour of the property and tells you about the nearby bars, shopping centres, etc. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable; everything is well kept and clean, so I would definitely recommend it whether you’re staying for a few days or just passing through. It was a hostel, but the bedding was decent. The staff were very inflexible, distrustful and slow.

The personal service was good. The sinks and showers are very small and uncomfortable. I don’t mind sharing, and I didn’t have to wait, but once inside there is very little space.

The host was not overly intrusive and let us arrive a little later than scheduled, although he did point out that we were not on time, which made me uncomfortable, but at least he opened the door. The cleanliness of the place is simply unacceptable; it’s really worrying. We knew we’d be cramped and have little privacy, but having only two toilets for 20 guests is too few, especially at night and in the morning. Spiders, dirty floors, walls, sheets—everything needs a serious overhaul.
