“Overall an excellent stay”
The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the food was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. I had a family room because there were no twin beds left; my friend had the sofa bed, which is fine for a child but not comfortable for an adult. I had to ask for another duvet to act as a mattress topper.
“A big thank you to all especially for mailing my book which I left behind by mistake.”
The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food selection was solid.
“Nice hotel and a great area”
The room and bathroom were spotless, with fresh bed linen and towels; breakfast offered a wide variety of hot dishes cooked to order, and dinner was also good; the staff were friendly and helpful, parking was free, and the hotel welcomed dogs; the location was great and the area had plenty to see and do, though the scrambled eggs were overcooked in the microwave.
“Good hotel in middle of Welshpool”
The beds were comfy and the restaurant was great, but the bedroom wasn’t particularly clean.
“Very good”
The room was spacious enough for five family members to stay together comfortably.
