The staff are friendly, breakfast is good, and the location is convenient because it’s close to the airport.
The only advantage was its closeness to Malpensa, but everything else was lacking.
Breakfast was really good. No improvements needed.
The hotel’s proximity to the airport was a plus, but the rooms felt worn out and the overall quality was disappointing.
The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were courteous and very helpful.
