The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean, yet there was no food available, accessibility for people with disabilities and older guests was tough, and parking was limited.

The whole team and the owner, a very caring man who makes sure everything is perfect, were extremely responsive—he answered on Booking, on WhatsApp, and even booked me a taxi for 300 rupees to get to the airport at 4 am before I arrived to put my mind at ease. The room was very pretty (well decorated and painted), very clean (with water and toilet paper provided), and had nothing to envy compared to the rooms I stayed in for two months at so‑called 3‑star hotels. The hotel is only 3 km from the airport, which is convenient for a night departure. The neighborhood is very pleasant and leafy; I could stroll around comfortably. I arrived in Kânyâkumârî at 7 am on a night bus to Koyembedu, had time to explore on foot before checking in at 11 am, and was pleasantly surprised by this unknown area where you can walk calmly. Finally, the Meenankabam metro is 2.6 km away (but the walk along the ring road is awful—I did it at 8 am with a backpack, not recommended!) and you can get to Koyembedu for 30 rupees in 25 minutes (direct or one‑stop metros—watch the signs before boarding). If you arrive early, you can leave your bag, rest at reception, use the toilets and water, which is very handy before checking in. This hotel met all expectations. Nothing to complain about. Thank you for your help 🙏🏻! The value for money is perfect! I recommend this hotel before a long flight departure.

Everything worked fine, but the location was an issue.

Breakfast was good and the location was ideal for airport arrivals and departures, but a senior staff member was rude.
