The parking was fine. The staff named Ozone gave great help and advice.

The place is well situated and the room is huge, but if you have heavy luggage you’ll have to climb stairs. The cleaning could go deeper and use more bleach; my bathroom smelled like pee, so I had to grab bleach myself to get rid of the odor.

Everything—check‑in, check‑out, cleanliness—was easy and convenient; I’m staying in Chiang Mai regularly and would recommend it.

The location is great, a 7‑Eleven right in front of the building and the structure is new. Renovations meant we couldn’t use the relaxation area, but we spent all our time outside so it was fine.
