I had the whole cabin to myself and it felt very homely! The bed was big and the bathroom huge. A short tuk‑tuk trip from the center. The staff were friendly and I felt it was truly worth the money.

“Disappointment”

We stayed here one night and it was ok for a night. The beds were comfortable. The first room we were given had a hole in the window. When we asked about it we were told we could move to the room next door. The room had hair in the shower drain, no hot water (and it was cold in Nuwara Eliya) so we literally couldn’t even shower, the toilet paper was all soaked from water, the window in the bathroom was broken, the tv wasn’t connected even though the properly boasted streaming, we had to ask for the towels, we had to ask for the wifi code, under the bed wasn’t clean and even thought the manager said he’d come back with change he never did.The property is on the main road and it was so noisy with cars and horns (even through the night) and dogs incessantly barking. The walls seem paper thin. It was incredibly disappointing as the reviews were so positive. We were left wondering how…

I loved the location and the price was reasonable, nothing else to mention.
