The toilet was unclean, basic toiletries were missing, there was no hot water or drinking water, the lift didn’t work and the staff were poor; I would not recommend this place and please remove it from the app.

I was okay with the stay, nothing special.

The price shown on the booking was different from what the reception asked for, and the service was really bad.
