Family rooms feature private bathrooms, free toiletries, and mountain, lake, and garden views. Located 21 km from the airport and a short walk to Bonita Beach, it’s near Civic Centre and Cerro Catedral ski resort.

It’s a simple hotel with good space to connect and work remotely. There’s a specialty café inside. The bed is comfortable in size and feel. The front‑desk lady is super friendly, attentive to WhatsApp messages, and ready to help. They could add a small breakfast. The cleaning left dust under the beds :( It seems like a family hotel – many kids running and crying in the dining area and common spaces. Central heating didn’t work well. The heating in one room didn’t work at all in mid‑winter, and the other room was too hot.

I loved every spot of the accommodation, the room was beautiful. Without a doubt I liked it more than a hotel. I have nothing to complain about.

The ladies at reception are very kind and welcoming. The mountain view is nice and cozy. Nothing else comes to mind; maybe I should ask myself that question.
