The Family Junior Suite has a garden view, balcony, patio, and terrace, and features a spa bath and private bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived, the facilities impressed me, and everything stayed spotless.
The carriages for the children made my son very happy to use them. It’s a shame that, despite being a family resort, there are no changing tables in the men's bathrooms. Parents also have to change diapers.

“Great staff, great food, amazing property and fun for all the family”
The staff were very friendly and always had the best attitude, always helpful. The buffet food was really good! The servers were fantastic and always there for us. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t cold all the time. At the family party for the World Cup 2026 inauguration, the DJ played a very sexual and vulgar explicit song that wasn’t appropriate for families with kids.

Family Selection has a great pool and poolside food options. The view is amazing. The ocean tide pool is great. The Magic show was the best for keeping kids engaged and watching every movement. Food at restaurants was hard to eat. Dry and flavorless. I had a ribeye that I am not sure was cow as it had zero flavor and very very chewy. With Family Side there is construction next door. It wasn’t terrible but not a great view from the in‑room decks on that side. I found the experience didn’t live up to the booking description or how it was presented to us at check‑in. The upgrade to Family Selection is worth it for room service if you have kids. It advertised all these things for the kids but that was not our experience.
