The atmosphere was really lovely and the staff were very friendly, but the sauna only opens at 16 pm.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from a metro exit, making getting around Munich easy. The staff are pleasant and welcoming, the ground‑floor restaurant is a nice find, and the rooms stand out with original décor and many little details that give them character and charm. The only disappointing point is the breakfast pricing policy: it’s offered at €23 if booked in advance for the whole stay, but rises to €26 if you decide on the day. The difference is only €3, but it feels like a principle issue. I find it regrettable that a hotel of this class adopts such a petty policy, making guests feel penalised for wanting flexibility. That detail leaves a bad impression, as if the hotel wants to charge for every small benefit instead of prioritising the guest experience. As a result, I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel during my stay. It’s a shame, because those €3 ultimately cost the hotel several breakfasts.

“OK stay but rather expensive. Restaurant and bar are nice though”

The staff were friendly and the restaurant/bar were great, but the so‑called “Gym” didn’t meet expectations; if that’s all you’re offering, you might as well skip it.

“Würde ich wieder buchen”

There were plenty of nice details, the bar was great, and the breakfast service was excellent, yet we were told the minibar was included and refilled daily with water, which wasn’t the case.
