“Tranquility in the Appenines”
The house is new, rooms are nicely furnished and equipped, everything was spotlessly clean, beds really comfortable, the hostess very friendly, positive and helpful, breakfast fairly typical for Italy – nothing too elaborate, but still adequate, the house sits in a small, peaceful valley a few kilometres outside Aulla town, surrounded by nature and complete silence, even at the end of September we could still hear a lot of birds singing in the nearby forest, a wonderfully quiet and relaxing place to stay with bright stars overhead at night, very good value for money considering the quality of the accommodation, you will, however, need a car to get here and get around.
