The price was reasonable, but everything else was awful: the desk clerk was smoking behind the counter, the hallways were filled with weed smoke, no breakfast was set out all morning—even coffee was missing; the room had a single‑serve coffee maker but no coffee or tea; the bedsheets were covered in food crumbs, and when I asked for clean ones the clerk replied as if I were requesting their first born child, giving me only one sheet; the rooms were not quiet, and I could hear people talking all night, even over the TV.

Dogs were allowed, but the carpet was sticky, the bathroom door wouldn’t open or shut, and the complimentary soap in the bathroom was all empty.

Syphilis and gonorrhea were being checked out as I was checking in, and bed bugs refused to leave! It was a damn dump!!

The bed was broken down, and my parents had an awful night.
