הכל היה מדהים פעם ראשונה שלנו במלון עם בעלי בתוך זוג נשואי ורצינו ממש חוויה שיפנקו אותנו ויהיה לנו כיף להיות והכל בשפע המלון 10 הכל נקי תודה עוד לרמי שפינק אותנו ולעידו על הקוקטיילים. אין לי מה להגיד

“We had a fabulous vacation and during Sukkot especially the staff was kind and attentive”

The upper floors got a makeover and they look gorgeous, the beds are comfy, and the food is tasty. The elevator, however, kept stopping at every floor.

Nothing special. Waiting for the room until 3 pm is not convenient at all when you have a little child.

The food is very low quality, and the price is too high for what you get.

Spacious and well‑located. During our stay, maintenance entered our room twice in the afternoon without permission. They claimed to knock, but we didn’t hear it and they just walked in. It felt very uncomfortable and a violation of privacy. After the first incident we asked them not to enter again without notice, yet about ten minutes later another maintenance person came in, again without hearing a knock because we were on the balcony. Also, under the jacuzzi there were many pebbles and dirt, and when we turned it on, a lot of grime poured into the water. We paid a decent amount for the room for the night, and with that price we expected much higher cleanliness, privacy, and service. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
