Overall, a good stay. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and a bus stop close by. The host always responded quickly, was patient, and gave clear instructions. A friendly housekeeper was always ready to help, the kitchen was very clean, and the Italian‑style breakfast with croissants and pastries was appreciated—though it’s strictly Italian. The cleaning schedule was unclear (no cleaning when guests were away, and no cleaning to avoid disturbing guests), there was no automatic linen change for long stays, and extra toilet paper rolls were missing. Bathroom details needed more attention: floor and drain cleaning, mirror, VMC vent dusting, and shower head area. The breakfast lacked savory or non‑sweet options (eggs or plain bread) for those who don’t eat sweet in the morning.
