I stayed at Aluna from 13.08 to 21.08.26, and the hotel had changed for the better after the name change from Diamond. The first time I was at Aluna, Maria was rude, talked to guests arrogantly, and didn’t even greet us. Now, Ira left a very pleasant impression: she’s attentive, polite, speaks Russian well, and is always friendly to guests. The bartenders are all upbeat, some speak a little Russian, and the orange uniform adds a cheerful touch. The management keeps order, and the reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The price matches the quality, and I’ll return. The place is great, everything is close, minibuses run every 5‑10 minutes, and there are several taxi stands nearby—everything is convenient.

The food variety was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s a very family‑friendly hotel with good shopping opportunities right outside the lobby.

“Fantastisk og trygt ophold- vi kommer gerne igen❤️”

We had another fantastic holiday at Side Aluna Hotel; it’s our fifth stay and we always feel very welcome, almost at home. I’m deaf and my daughter Maja has autism, so good communication, understanding, patience, and safety are crucial for us. Getting the same room each year gives Maja calm, familiarity, and a sense of security, and we’re very grateful the hotel accommodated that. The staff provided wonderful, caring service throughout our stay. A special thanks to the Mini Club team—Iryna, Elif, and Johnny—who were incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding with Maja. She felt safe, happy, and welcomed, which meant a lot to us both. ❤️ The whole staff were friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food was good, the pool area lovely, and the hotel had a nice, cozy atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Side Aluna team for another wonderful holiday. We’re already looking forward to returning! 🌴☀️❤️ The only sad thing is that the vacation always passes too quickly, and it’s hard to say goodbye. 😊

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location was excellent and the breakfast very tasty. I felt completely at ease and would come back anytime. Thank you for the great service! There’s nothing to complain about 🙃
