The rooms were clean, but they messed up our reservations twice during this trip. First, they booked us for the wrong dates, and second, they gave us a room with one king and a trundle for four people even though we had ordered a room with two queens. There was no way to call and complain; all they offered was the hotel property number, which was powerless to fix their mistakes.
