Everything was nice and clean, and some of the workers were among the friendliest I've met. The only downside was the toilet – it was too close to the wall and the toilet paper was hard to reach.

The place has everything! The staff are friendly! Excellent breakfast, dinner! The room is small, the outdoor pool is tiny. The airport makes it noisy!

“Really good hotel that could be excellent with a few sensible tweaks”

The food, location, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Vaping was allowed on the terrace and around the pool, which should be sectioned off so I don’t get a face full of someone else’s vape. Air conditioners were turned off in reception, restaurants, and the bar, forcing me to endure vaping just to stay cool. Other guests made noise that kept me awake.

The rooms that face the pool offered an amazing view, plus a nice look at the sea; the restaurant was spotless and the staff spoke both English and German. The chefs were incredible and the food varied a lot; the reception team was also amazing and very kind. The area around the hotel has a large selection of restaurants and nice sandy or rocky beaches, making evening and morning walks very pleasant. The mattress was terrible, feeling like it had a hole in the middle and causing back pain after the first night; when I asked for a replacement, they said they swapped it but I felt no difference – perhaps the frame was broken. The bathrooms seemed unfinished, with ceilings that looked half‑finished.
