The staff were good, but everything else was not.

The room was very comfortable and the meals were good. However, the hotel is used by tour buses, so it gets very busy in the evening and we had to wait to be seated for dinner.

The entire hotel was great, but the receptionists were a bit unpleasant.

The style and décor were great, with no issues.

The rooms were large with balconies, the modern toilet was huge and the shower pressure was excellent, and the rooftop pool was nice. The buffet’s main dishes could have been better, but the side dishes and salad were good.
