“Viaggio a Marrakech 🌴”
The Riad is gorgeous and right in the centre; in just nine minutes you’re at the main souks and a short walk later you’re on Jemaa El Fna square. Its terrace with a pool feels like a peaceful oasis, and breakfast is plentiful, made fresh with the finest Moroccan specialties. All of this was thanks to Said, who handled our stay wonderfully—he’s a fantastic, always‑available person. When I return to Marrakech I’ll definitely book this beautiful Riad again. P.S. We tried the hammam and the massage on‑site and they were truly superb; I highly recommend giving them a go.

The place looks even more stunning than the photos suggest, offering a cool retreat from July's heat and plenty of little joys—from the food and beds to the excellent service, the pool, the massage, and watching the moon rise over the Riad while we sat on the terrace in the evening. I’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone. Nothing was wrong; everything was flawless and delightful!

The property lived up to expectations both in looks and in the size of the room and especially the bathroom; the terrace was a pleasant surprise, being larger and multi‑level than the photos suggested, which gave guests good privacy. Said was low‑key yet constantly available and very kind. Breakfast in the morning was more than enough. Dar Akal is conveniently located near the main attractions, just a ten‑minute walk from Place des Epices, the Jardin Secret, and so on.
This riad is truly enchanting! From the moment we stepped inside, we were wowed by its beautiful design and meticulous detail. Every corner is gorgeous, creating a unique, tranquil vibe that made our stay unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready with a smile, making us feel valued throughout our visit. If we ever return to Marrakech, we’ll definitely stay here again. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!
