The place was nice and peaceful with a good pool, but some of the mattresses need to be replaced.

“Nice large room 10 mins from centre”

The property is spacious, featuring a large bed and plenty of room for multiple bags, plus an extra storage room; the bathroom was roomy and the pool looked appealing even though we never used it. However, water constantly pooled around the toilet, making that area perpetually wet and off‑putting, and in the morning there were scratching noises coming from the roof, though it didn't bother me much. It's a little farther from the city center, but that wasn't a major issue.

“Great place for a private room on good budget.”

This is a great budget spot for a private room, with a warm welcome from the host family and a simple room that offers enough space for an extended stay. From the private balcony I could soak up the morning sun and cuddle with the cats, and several Thai eateries, a small shop, and cafés are right next door; it's still within walking distance to the town center. Currently, there's a bit of renovation happening on the property—some materials are scattered around the garden, making it look a little untidy—but the noise is minimal. I’m looking forward to returning once the new rooms and garden views are finished.

“Idéalement situé mais au calme à l'abris du reste”

The reception and staff were genuinely warm and attentive, which was very pleasant. The pool was perfect, the bungalow welcoming, and there was a small sense of community that I really enjoyed. The typical Thai mattress is exceptionally firm, but after I requested a topper it immediately felt better.

The owners are adorable and very friendly; it’s a great place if you’re after peace and quiet, and it’s pretty close to the walking street.
