The Highlands at Sugar

The space, views, and appliances were good. The rooms were too hot because there was no air, the bathroom sink plug jammed and took two days to fix, and the hot tub had dirty rings around the walls.

“comfortable mountain get away with beautiful views...truly a memorable experience”

The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with amazing views, right up in the mountains where we wanted to be. The game room was a fun bonus and we had a wonderful trip and will definitely return! Booking the room was fairly easy, and the staff were reachable for questions. Some items could use an update, like the coffee pot and the pots and pans; the baseboard heat was a surprise but easy enough to figure out.

The room was perfect. My kids enjoyed the pool and game room. The price was great compared to other lodging in the area

“Very nice weekend. We spent quite a bit of time in the condo.”

The suite was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient. The front‑desk staff were excellent. We want to return soon. I understand there was no air conditioning, but ceiling fans might be nice. The box floor fans cooled the suite well, though they were very loud.

The price and location were good. There was no air conditioning, a long walk or drive to the pool area, uncomfortable old beds, and the door was hard to unlock with the key. Staff were not available after 5 pm. The furniture and lamps were outdated.
