“Unresponsive Host, Slight overpriced”
The location is 1 km from North Cliff. When we checked in there was no electricity for an hour and no water supply, which wasted time. One of our three rooms wasn’t ready, causing a delayed check‑in. The host didn’t respond to texts or calls. We missed breakfast on the first day because the timing wasn’t communicated; I called and texted a day before but got no reply. The price feels high for what’s offered, one bathroom had an open window covered only with a see‑through cloth, and cleaning wasn’t done on the second day even after I requested it.
I found the place to be good, calm and quiet, and it was worth the money paid.
Breakfast arrived a bit late, at 9 am.
The room layout was clean.
We spent a family holiday at Villa Mantraa and it was amazing; the villa is beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, so the moment you step in you’re already relaxed—planning to return and highly recommending Villa Mantraa for a calm, private family stay.
