We arrived as a large family and the staff were lovely, the slides were a great attraction for the kids. Overall we stayed inside the hotel every four days, which was very pleasant for a big family; I recommend booking tables at one of the hotel restaurants in advance if you’re a large group. The Wi‑Fi was a bit weak by the pool, but it didn’t really affect the experience.

The hotel was fantastic, the reception, lobby bar, ice cream, and dining room were all wonderful. Wherever we went, we enjoyed ourselves all day long. We look forward to returning for our family’s yearly vacation, with love and care… have a wonderful year, Yakov.

The place is really large, spacious and comfortable, with an amazing pool and inflatable toys suitable for the little ones, plus cool activities like water basketball and various games. It’s important to know that the hotel has an app that lets you book special restaurants a week in advance; you can also reserve a spot once, but the menu is limited compared to regular restaurants, so it’s essential to request the app, understand how to connect and book a table at the restaurant you want—otherwise, as we experienced, no one mentioned it and we couldn’t get a table at the restaurant we wanted.
This is one of the best hotel i have ever stayed at. Huge credit goes to the hotel management and the wonderful staff. The service is excellent, and the team is professional and very welcoming. The food is high quality and very diverse. The all-inclusive package is clear and honest with no hidden small print. The hotel is extremely clean. The facilities are kept in wonderful condition, and the design is in great taste. The evening shows are absolutely top-notch and highly entertaining. A big bravo for a truly wonderful stay experience!. Nothing at all. Everything was absolutely wonderful
