The place is quiet. The steep stairs are a problem for older guests.

The nature around and the silence are nice. However, you have to pay separately for water and electricity; the rate is 8 crowns per kilowatt, but they charge 22 and you have to watch it closely because after just a lamp and kettle you hit 26 kilowatts, which was a big surprise. There are very few listed amenities, no towels, the pool doesn’t work, and to get to the shower you have to go down a floor while the room is on the floor above. I don’t recommend it for families or the elderly. It’s an old building, the stairs are broken, you might hit your head on the ceiling at night, the steps are very steep, and the biggest scam is the electricity billing.

Nothing good. The owner’s attitude, the price hike for utilities, lack of hygiene items like towels, poor communication with the owner, and arrogance.
