Town Lodge Roodepoort

“Low budget but same price as other hotels in the area.”

The breakfast was average and I didn't like that someone has to dish it out for you. I got the impression the hotel tries to compete with other hotels in the area, but everything feels old, unclean and overall not up to standard. The hotel facilities are one of the worst I've stayed in and are in serious need of an upgrade. I don't think I'll stay there again.

“Pleasant but signs indicate that management seems to be missing in action.”

It offered good value for money, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but maintenance issues need attention—curtains weren't hooked on properly and shower fittings were loose, and the service was very slow.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty, but I wish a fridge had been provided.
