The place is in a great spot, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, when we arrived at check‑in time the front door wouldn’t open and we had to chase a few contacts before a lady finally handed us the key. We never got the Wi‑Fi password and ended up leaving after two days without seeing any staff around.

“A pleasant stay”

The room was spotless, comfy and everything seemed well‑kept, so the stay felt pleasant overall. The only drawback was that the evenings got a bit noisy, which made it harder to relax after dark.

“Very nice”

I liked the room – it was nicely appointed and just a short walk from the city centre. The downside was the lack of a washing machine, which was inconvenient for a longer stay.

Everything about the stay was fine; I didn’t encounter any problems at all.

The location can’t be beat and the host family was genuinely friendly, which made the stay enjoyable. On the downside, I booked a “full bed” only to find two single mattresses and cheap, ill‑fitting linens, so the bed wasn’t comfortable. Parking cost 15 lev and you’ll need to bring your own water, coffee or tea, though the room does include a kettle, coffee maker and fridge.
