“The location made it very easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean and spacious.”

The location was superb! The breakfast options were good, coffee was available all day, and security was solid. One front‑desk staff member wasn’t very friendly. There were no chargers available, even though a sign said they were. There was no full‑size restaurant. The view of the building next door was horrible. Parking was very expensive. There was no swimming pool. Breakfast ended way too early. Bottled water had to be purchased; it should have been offered to guests.

“Worst hotel experience ever”

The interior was clean. The fact that booking here didn’t include parking—because it was a third‑party or something—I had to pay on top of the security deposit. It shouldn’t matter. I’ll never use this or return to the Hyatt.

“Renovation”

Bathroom…too small. The shower was a mess. There’s no privacy with a window in the bathroom. The toilet is practically in the shower.

“Más bueno que malo”

Breakfast is spectacular, many options, very varied, and the beds are super comfortable. I didn’t like that the air conditioner sounds very loud every time it turns on and wakes me up, and I didn’t like the smell on the floors and in the rooms—it’s like an old carpet smell.
