The women were so nice. We did many day trips, so we had breakfast to go and could also park our backpacks before check‑in. A hairdryer was available, and it was one of the accommodations in Cusco that stays warm at night.

The service from all the girls was great. No TV, old and without antenna; it needs updating.

The décor was nice, the staff pleasant, and the breakfasts (also take‑away) were very good, with hot water available. Since it’s an old building, bring earplugs and something warmer to sleep in. There is a luggage storage.

“Einfach Wunderbar”

The staff always responded to our requests and helped us out. The location is very good: downtown, Mirador, and restaurants are easily reachable. Breakfast is flexible and very tasty; on excursion days you can order a lunch pack instead of breakfast. At night the street can be noisy, but Oropax help. In August Cusco is quite cold, but the hotel always provides warm water, blankets, and heaters to borrow.
