I am not satisfied with this booking because the room provided was not as expected. The room was quite small and did not match the expectations based on the booking details. More importantly, the actual room tariff at the property is ₹1,500 per day, whereas I was charged approximately ₹2,938 . I understand that some additional charges, taxes or a reasonable platform margin may apply, and I can accept around a 10% difference. However, the final amount is almost double the actual room tariff, which is difficult to understand. Please provide a complete and transparent breakdown explaining how ₹1,500 became ₹2,938, including: Actual room tariff charges/commission, if applicable GST/taxes Any other service or platform fees Any other charges included in the final amount I also have not yet received the proper GST/tax invoice for this booking. Please arrange the invoice immediately or advise clearly who is responsible for issuing it. Considering the room quality and the significant difference between the actual room tariff and the amount charged, I request to review this booking and provide an appropriate refund/adjustment if any excess amount has been charged. Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide a written explanation of the price difference

“Not advice to stay in this hotel until you have early morning train . Not advice for family stay”

Only location . It is walkable distance from station if you have morning train then you can stay but hotel is not good condition. Google

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the bedsheet wasn’t hygienic; both the toilet and the bedsheet should always be cleaned.
