The hosts were very polite. Across the street there was a grocery store, and on the basement level there was a kitchen with a fridge, stove, kettle, etc. The interior was pretty.

The room décor felt cozy and clearly thought out, and the building offers a shared kitchen area with a communal fridge. Although the owner couldn’t be on site due to circumstances, she stayed in good contact through the app and was helpful. I had imagined a proper hotel, not a house with a few rooms, and it was hard to locate—neighbors didn’t even know a hotel existed there. The name misled me, suggesting a spa hotel, yet only one room offered any “Spa” facilities. My room wasn’t serviced during my stay; I didn’t mind, but others might, and the limited floor space made it cramped for two people.

Nice building, 20 minutes on foot from Yerevan city center. The staff are exquisite and the atmosphere is welcoming, with a particular vintage feel that’s appreciated. The room was a bit small, but it was the only one left to try this accommodation (the others are larger).
