I was assigned a triple room that was in terrible shape, with a horrible bathroom and a very unattractive room. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, though.
The service was excellent, and there was nothing I didn't like.
The bed was super comfortable for sleeping, especially for those of us traveling to Cibao for work; I highly recommend it. I couldn't swim in the pool because I was sick with a cold.
I really liked the patio area, the pool, and the staff were very friendly. I didn't like the room because it smelled of smoke and the bathroom was not clean.
