“The poor staff there was water all over the floor where the staff were working, the garbage around the place needs to be”
The view and the staff were positives, but the breakfast was awful and there was nothing to do; management should look at the property and make changes
“It was a lovely location and resort to end my three week trip around Fiji.”
I got upgraded to a fantastic room facing the water, it was very quiet with very few staying, the swimming pool was lovely, and breakfast and water taxi transport were included, but the island feels run down post Covid, the walking trails no longer exist, the website promised a substantial menu with varied costs yet only a limited all‑day menu is offered at $30 FJ, some specials are $45 FJ so I skipped lunch, and the jetty was destroyed in a recent cyclone, making it difficult to get in and out of the water taxi.
Everything from the rooms to the food and relaxation was excellent, and there was nothing at all to complain about.
“Really great, value, budget place to stay being so close to Lautoka but off the mainland on a quiet little island.”
Quiet, lovely beach, good food, nice staff, casual place to stay, but finding the spot to meet the boat was a bit hard with minimal instruction given.
“I love the family atmosphere”
It felt more authentic and rustic than a fancy hotel.
