The location near the university is great. The staff were excellent, helped us find the parking spot, and suggested great restaurants when we asked. The linens, towels, and bed were all high quality, and the breakfast was outstanding. The room was a bit tight, but it was manageable.

The apartment is just steps from the university. Liliana takes great care of the guests, especially with the varied and hearty breakfast. A closed parking area is 50 meters away. The apartment feels a little cramped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this lovely property with its convenient location close to the university. Mariana was extremely helpful and a delightful host. Breakfast was awesome, and the private parking was a bonus. Nothing negative.
