“The phone in our room didn't work.”
The staff were friendly. Check‑out was at 11:00 am, so we didn’t have time to have breakfast.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Our air‑conditioner wasn’t working; they sent a technician who seemed clueless and insisted it was fine, so I spent the night sweating because the unit never worked and there were no other rooms available to move into.

Everything was okay, and everything was okay.

I love the staff and the room. The location is an area where many homeless people live nearby.

Complimentary breakfast was delicious, the free Riverwalk shuttle was awesome, and the staff were very friendly.
